Prato Firmeza
Prato Firmeza is t"he gastronomic guide of São Paulo's favelas". The book was a finalist for the 2017 Jabuti Prize (the main Brazilian literary prize). It was photographed and written by students at Énois, a journalism school for economically-challenged youth.
During 2016, Fred Di Giacomo was pedagogical coordinator of Énois journalism course, where he developed multimedia reports, webdocs and co-edited, co-coordinated and revised this innovative gastronomic guide.
