​In 2017, Fred Di Giacomo (co-founder of Glück Media) was invited to join the creative team for the "Conversa com Bial" new talk show from Globo network presented by famous journalist Pedro Bial.

Fred participated for 6 months in the development of the talk show that replaced the classic "Programa do Jô", developing scripts and research. The journalist signed some first-month episodes for the program, focusing on interviews that took a deeper look at the country's inequality and diversity. With "Conversa com Bial" up and running, Fred decided to leave Globo to devote himself to Glück Media.
